Let's mark the Sundays you'll be away. In the Member Portal, open My Schedule and switch to Availability. Every upcoming Sunday is listed, and your leaders see this when they build the schedule. Tap a Sunday you'll be away. It flips to Blocked, so nobody can schedule you and Auto-fill skips you. Away for longer? Pick a from and to date, and block the whole stretch in one tap.
