Let's give a declined slot a second chance. From Events, open the Schedule Grid. A red ✕ means someone said no. Click it. Re-invite asks the same person again, handy if it was a mix-up, and the cell goes back to pending. Clear slot takes the no off the grid instead. The cell is a dot again, and the position is open for someone else, or for Auto-fill.
