Let's save your Sunday lineup once. In Groups, open Worship Team from the Teams tab and click Templates. Sunday Morning Service is already listed. Click New Template. Name it, and add a description if you like. Make a template the team's default and pick event types, and every new service of that type gets its positions on its own. We'll leave both alone today. Click Create Template. Click Add Position, choose Guitar, and set how many you need. Prep tasks can ride along too, so the whole checklist travels with the template. Your Sunday lineup now lives in one place, ready to reuse.
