From Events, open the Schedule Grid and click the person's cell on a second service. Pick Greeter. They're already serving at that exact time, so TimelyChurch stops you and says where and when. Click Cancel, and the cell rolls back to a dot. Choose OK instead, and you double them up on purpose. Your call, every time.
