Can't make your date? Trade it. In the Member Portal, open My Schedule. On a date you can't make, click Propose swap. Pick which of your teammate's dates you'll take instead. Add a short note if you like. Click Send Swap Request. Linda is told right away. The request waits here, marked as sent, until she answers. Change your mind? Cancel Request pulls it back.
