From Events, open the Schedule Grid, pick Ushers & Greeters Team, and set the window to 8 weeks. Click Export PDF. A print sheet opens in a new tab, headed with the team name and the same weeks you were viewing. There's a Team dropdown right there if you want to switch teams. Click Print / Save as PDF, and your schedule is ready for the printer or a file.
