From Events, click Schedule Grid. This is Who's serving when, with a count of how many slots are still open. Remind, Export PDF and Auto-fill live right here, and each gets its own video. Step through time one window at a time, jump back to Today, or switch between 4, 8 and 12 weeks. Narrow it to one team. Every row is a team member, and every column is a service. The legend covers the rest: confirmed, pending, declined, unavailable, and a dot for free. Click any cell to schedule. Your whole serving picture sits on one screen.
