Schedule a Volunteer Into an Open Position

Here's how to invite one volunteer. From Events, open the Schedule Grid and find Pastor Michael Johnson's row under the next Sunday service. A dot means he's free. Click the cell. You'll see when he last served, and every open position he can fill. You can also mark him unavailable from here. Pick Usher. The cell turns amber, which means pending, and the open count drops by one. He gets a request right away, in Telegram if he's linked or by email, with a way to say yes or no. The invite is out, and the grid already shows it.
