Designate a Team Leader

Every team needs someone who can manage it day to day. Add a Team Leader or Co-Leader in a few clicks, and step them back down to member later without removing them from the team. TimelyChurch is church management software, learn more at timely.church.

Let's put someone in charge of this team. In Groups, open the Teams tab, open Ushers & Greeters Team, and click Group details. The Group leaders card shows who runs the team, and right now nobody does. Click Add Leader. Search anyone in your church. They don't have to be on the team yet. Choose Leader for the main leader, or Co-Leader for an assistant. Click Add Leader. Robert Brown lands on the Members tab with a Co-Leader badge, the only one in the list, and he can now help manage the team.
