In the People directory, we'll search for Linda and open her profile, then open the ⋯ menu. This is where you send them things — an email, or straight portal access — plus a handful of other quick actions covered in their own videos. Click Send sign-in link. A fresh, secure link goes straight to their inbox — no password to remember, no reset flow.
