Archive and Restore a Person
What you will learn
Someone moved away, or you added a record by mistake — archiving hides them from your active directory without losing their history, and you can always bring them back.

In the People directory, we'll search for the person, then open their actions menu. View Profile, Deactivate, Disable Comments — quick actions covered in another video — then Archive and Delete Permanently, right here. Click Archive. Confirm — they're out of your active directory, but nothing's lost. Filter to Archived and there they are. Their menu now offers Restore. Click it and confirm. They're back, exactly as they were.
