Add or Change a Profile Picture

A photo on a person's profile makes them instantly recognizable at check-in, on a team roster, or in a directory search. Here's the fastest way to add or swap one.

In the People directory, we'll search for Linda and open her profile — it lands on Overview; click Edit Profile. Hover over their photo — an upload icon appears. Click it and choose a picture from your computer. It uploads right there — and a remove icon shows up too, in case you picked the wrong one. Click Save Changes. And their new photo shows everywhere they appear — their profile, the people list, and check-in.
