Someone joins, someone moves away — keeping membership status current takes one click from their profile, and leaving records a reason and a date automatically.

Click their status badge. Every status you track is right here — Member, Regular Attender, Visitor, and more. If someone's leaving, click No Longer Member. It asks for the date and why — moved, personal decision, transferred to another church, and other reasons are all there — so you're not guessing later. Pick a reason and click Record Departure. Their status updates everywhere they show up, and the reason's on file for good.
