Add a Note About Someone

A phone call, a prayer request, a pastoral visit — keep the story of your relationship with someone in one place, with control over exactly who can read it.

Click Add Note. Pick a type, write what happened, and choose who can see it. Set the type — pastoral care, prayer request, a phone call, a visit, whatever fits. Type your note — you get bold, lists, and links, not just plain text. All Administrators means every admin can see it. Private keeps it just for you, or share it with specific people, groups, or roles. Need a follow-up too? Set a date and who's assigned, right in this same dialog — video 12 covers the full follow-up tool. Click Add Note. It's saved to their record, dated and attributed to you.
