"Who's in our youth group age range?" Answer it once, save it as a list, and it stays current forever — no re-filtering next time you ask.

Open Filters. Set the age range you're asking about. Apply it — and now you can save this exact question. Click Save as List. Give it a name. Click Save List. It's in your Lists menu now, with a live count — open it any time and it re-checks who qualifies today. Need to rename it later? Hover the list and click the pencil. Type the new name and save. It's still the same live filter underneath.
