Add Multiple People at Once

A whole family filled out a visitor card, or a small group just handed you a sign-up sheet — here's how to get several people into your directory in one pass instead of one at a time.

Click Add Person. This time choose Quick Add Multiple. You get three rows to start — name, email, gender, and status for each, no long forms. Type the first person's full name. Then the next. And the next. Need more than three? Click Add Another Person. Set gender or status on any row if you know them — they default to unspecified and Visitor. Click Add People. All three are in your directory at once, tagged as visitors until you know more about them.
