Tour the Groups Module

Public groups, private groups, teams and classes all live on one page. Take a quick tour of the Groups home screen before you build anything, so you know where everything is. TimelyChurch is church management software, learn more at timely.church.

We're starting on the dashboard. In the sidebar, click Groups. Every kind of group lives on this one page, and the tabs sort them and keep count: 19 groups in all, 9 of them public. We'll click Public. Each card tells you the essentials: the type, whether it's open, how many members and leaders, and when it meets. Teams are groups too. Their cards show positions where a group shows its meeting day. Classes show their start time and their teachers, and they get their own playlist. Back on All, you can filter by ministry, search by name or by a leader's name, show only active or inactive groups, or switch to a list. Up top, Export CSV downloads this list, and Settings and Add Group each get their own video.
