Full groups don't have to turn people away. On Find Your Group, a full group says so right on its card: Full, Waitlist Available. Open it, and the button says Join Waitlist. Click it, and fill in your name and email. Submit. Same short message as every other outcome. The email tells you the real story: you're on the list, and exactly where. On the church side, a Waitlist tab has appeared, and it shows Naomi in position 1, ready to bring in when a seat opens.
