Edit a Group's Meeting Details and Location

When your group changes its meeting time, moves to a new room or goes online, here's exactly where to update it, including how much of your address the public sees. Your changes also show on the group's public page. TimelyChurch is church management software, learn more at timely.church.

On the Groups page, click Public, open Women's Bible Study, and in Group details click Edit. The day sits right at the top. We'll change the time from 9:30 to 10:00. Open Frequency. Pick Varies, and a schedule note appears so you can explain the pattern. Then back to Weekly. Meeting online? Switch Location Type to Hybrid, and a meeting link box appears. Only members see that link. Back to Physical. Here's the location name and the full address. Address Visibility sets how much the public sees: members only, only the neighborhood, the full address, or nothing at all. The description editor is right below. Click Save, and the card now reads Tuesday 10:00am.
