Every group, class and serving team a church member belongs to lives in one place inside their own portal, along with meeting times and RSVPs. Leaders get a few extra tabs, covered in the next video. TimelyChurch is church management software, learn more at timely.church.

From your portal Home, click My Groups. Every group and class you're part of is on this one page, with when each meets and how many people are in it. Click into one. You can message the leader from here, and the group's tasks and files are a tab away. Overview shows your next meeting, who's in the group, who leads it, and how many seats are left. If the group asks for RSVPs, you answer right there. And if you ever need to step away, Leave group is at the bottom, and the leaders are told. Everything you belong to, in one place.
