On the Groups page, we'll open Men's Bible Study, click Members, and click Add new. This search only finds people already in your directory. For anyone else, use Invite by email, right below it. Type their email, and their name if you know it. If the group is public, you can share its link instead. Click Send group invitation. A green message confirms it and repeats the email address, so you can see it went to the right place. They'll show up under Requests once they accept, and your roster stays as it is until then. Here's what they get: one button to view the invitation. After they accept, a leader still approves them in.
