Let's fix a family name in seconds. From People & Families, click the Families tab. Every household gets its own card. Click the pencil on The Clark Family. The name turns into a text box, right there on the list. Change it to The Clarke Family. Click Save. The card updates the moment you save, with no page reload and no trip to another screen. Changed your mind? Cancel backs out without saving. That trash icon next to the pencil deletes a family from this same list, and it gets its own video.
