On My Family, Find Family is one of two cards. Create New, right next to it, has its own video. Type Davis. Click Search. Each matching family shows its head and spouse, with a Join button on the row. Click Join next to The Davis Family. A message confirms your request was sent, and a Pending Requests card shows it as Waiting. The head of household reviews it from there, and you had nothing to fill out.
