Add a Family Member from the Portal
What you will learn
Add a new baby, spouse or relative to your household yourself. The app checks for duplicates before anything is saved. You can send them a login link right afterward. TimelyChurch is church management software, learn more at timely.church.

From My Family, click Add Family Member. Type a first name. Last Name is already filled in with your family's surname. Set Relationship to You: Spouse, Child, Parent or Other Family Member. Birth Date and Gender are optional. So are Email and Phone. Add an email if you want to send a login link afterward. Now try the name Noah, which is already in the church. A Similar People Found warning appears before anything is saved, with a checkbox to confirm it's a different person. We'll leave it alone. Clear it, type Ruth, and click Add Family Member. A one-time card asks, Send Ruth a Login Link? Click Send Login Link, or click Not now. Ruth is now in your household.
