See every follow-up in one list. In the People directory, click Follow-ups in the sidebar. This is every follow-up task in your church, with four live numbers across the top: Open, Overdue, Today and This Week. Click any one to jump to that slice. The list sorts itself, with overdue pending items first. Click Daniel Moore's name, and you land on his profile, already on the tab that shows his follow-ups. The question mark in the header is a quick reminder of how this works. And Open and Overdue both read 39, so every open task here is past due. That's exactly what this page is built to catch.
