In the People directory, click Follow-ups in the sidebar. Find Pastoral Care - Betty Green and click its trash icon. The confirmation names the actual task, so you know exactly what you're removing. It also warns that this can't be undone. Click Delete Permanently, and the row is gone from every list in the app.
