Check out a child who was checked in without a security code

When a child was checked in without a security code, for example through event attendance, Add Visitor, or a group meeting, the check-out window now lists their authorized pickups. A check-in manager can release the child to one of them.

Children checked in at a kiosk still check out with their security code, as before.
