More pages line up next to the menu

Several admin and portal pages, including Drive, group settings, lesson settings, event types, calendar subscriptions, setlist editing, merge history, and Q&A, used to sit in a narrow centered column. They now line up next to the menu like the rest of the app, which leaves more room for their content.
